  I had an incredible experience with Vy today! She kindly worked me in as a walk-in even though they were busy. Vy did a dip powder manicure for me and made sure I loved the shape, color and experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I highly recommend Tan&Vy Nails to anyone looking for a great nail salon in Mendocino / Fort Bragg. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.

  I was in town camping for the 4th of July weekend and stopped in for an acrylic fill for myself and my mom. The staff were so friendly, the service was excellent, and my nails turned out amazing! I definitely recommend this salon if you’re in the area! I’d also suggest calling ahead to make an appointment so you can be seen quickly. Highly recommend!

  Booked a surprise appointment for my fiancée, clearly asked if they could do gel to shape and lengthen the nail. Gave her the cheapest quality product option possible for $60 and did not shape nor add any length. The nail tech mentioned she was not capable of doing anything that we requested. Wasted my money, and they took advantage of my fiancées kindness. The thumb nail broke after 3 days, when we were informed it would last longer than a month.

  One of the worst manicures I ever had. $133 for gel mani and pedi. Very very poor quality for the price. Pictures show how the manicure looks on day 2. During a process, specialist was in such a rush that was trying to ignore my requests to redo 2 nails with visible bubbles in them. But then smiled and did them reluctantly. Will not come back and will recommend to avoid the place. Problem, it’s a rural area, so not many options.
