  I had some questions regarding insurance correspondence which were answered and understood. I had a procedure done and appreciated being told what to expect at each step. In addition, follow up instructions were repeated a couple of times to ensure my understanding which again was appreciated. Staff is very professional and considerate.

  Dr Jenny Bleck has the most wonderful bedside manner. She made me feel at ease and comfortable while undergoing surgery on my back for skin cancer. I appreciate all of her team, everyone was helpful and professional. I feel so lucky that Redwood Family Dermatology is my local dermatology office.

  I just want to give a huge kudos to Jenny (a PA at Redwood Family Derm). I saw her for my annual skin check about a month ago, but was having an unrelated skin flare-up that I've had repeatedly for more than half of my life. While it wasn't on the agenda for her to eval or diagnose this issue, she took one look and gave me her gut instinct thoughts on what might be causing it...and I do believe she was right!! Hugest thanks to her for going above and beyond. Also, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming!

  Dr Abboud was very patient in explaining to me that I was experiencing a flareup of eczema. This was surprising to me because I am 79 years old and had never been diagnosed with eczema before, or had such a bad skin rash in the past. She explained there are different forms of the condition, and some possible triggers. She then took a small biopsy and prescribed medication and a course of treatment. A very good and informative experience overall. So thank you Dr Abboud, I appreciate what you do!
