  Lauren is the real deal and she is an amazing healer. I’ve been a client of Lauren’s for about a year and every time I am tested and given a protocol it is a home run. Lauren is a phenomenal listener and it’s obvious to me that she has a heart of a healer, and she is a tremendous asset to the “alternative” health community. My favorite part of what Lauren does is the emotional unwind, which identifies stored and stuck emotions in a specific organ of the body and then clears it. I feel the results almost instantly and it leaves me feeling more grounded and I’ve noticed that afterwards, minor things that usually bother me have no effect on me.   I've struggled with chronic back pain for decades went to alot of different chiropractors they could never help me never pop my back went and seen John who by the way is a amazing man such a nice guy but just one season with him healed my back I got no more back pain I can stand walk run without any pain the Soundwave therapy healed my back so glade I met him

  Life-Changing Experience at Mendocino Health and Wellness! I cannot recommend Mendo Health and Wellness in Ukiah enough! This place has been truly life-changing for my family and me. John is absolutely caring and accommodating—he made me feel completely at ease when trying the Hocatt session for the first time. I was initially nervous, but he explained every step so clearly, making the experience simple and enjoyable. You even get to choose from a variety of essential oils—I picked Frankincense—and select from an extensive list of ailment settings, from lung support to Lyme disease relief. The results were nothing short of a miracle. My mother has suffered from severe psoriasis eczema for five long years, with her entire body covered in painful flare-ups. After just one session, she was 80% clear by the next day! We went back a week later for a follow-up session, and now her skin is completely clear and glowing! We were absolutely stunned.
