  Called yesterday to make an appointment for today. Rushed to get across town directly after work to get to a 5:15pm appt only to find the salon closed...with posted hours til 6pm? This was me giving her a second chance after she did a good job on my hair last time but wasn't friendly to me AT ALL. Do better.

  I went in on a busy day as a walk-in and asked can she squeeze me in today ?. The older lady agreed. I asked for a bob haircut and she gave me a blunt square shape, no layers haircut and sent me on my way with wet hair, she didn't blow dry of course. So I get home and its horrible. Never come for a walk in on a busy day, they will just leave your hair with no definition or layer. Just leave you like fort laurquade from the Shrek movie

  my son just got his hair done and the lady did such a shity job i’m so disappointed she acted like she could do the picture inspo and she did nothing like it so disappointed

  I will not be going back. I had them wash my hair and the lady scrubbed my ends with shampoo like she was washing a rag. Dried my hair out. Then tried ringing it out with a towel I had to stop her. My hair was very left dried out and I’m pretty upset about it. I don’t wash my ends that vigorously with shampoo and I don’t know why anyone would. It left my hair very damaged. I will not be going back.
