  Rachel at Lux is wonderful. Her knowledge, patience and skill are just a few things that allow her to provide such amazing care to her patients. She takes the time to get to explain procedures and what makes them good (or maybe not so good) to provide individualized treatments to help her patients achieve healthy and beautiful skin. She is a gem and I am incredibly grateful to have her as my skin care practitioner for over 15 years. I also love the Environ skincare and know Rachel takes a lot of time researching and continuing her education to be able to give her patients quality products.

  I have to admit, my first time getting Botox had me feeling nervous. It was all new to me. Rachel helped ease my nerves by explaining how it all works, and everything she was going to do. I feel comfortable with her and I trust her. In my opinion, when dealing with your face, trust is huge. Also, one of my fears was looking expressionless. Her solution was to start light so she could see how my muscles respond to the treatment. I went back a month later to get more. Now she knows my face, and what I want. I go every 4-6 months. Been doing that since 2022. I love the results, and I plan to keep it up. Aging is a part of life, no one loves it. Botox does help to slow it…Thank you Rachel, I appreciate you!!
