  Cesar is always so fun, friendly with young & old! Insofar as his work, Cesar goes beyond the measure and articulation of any other barber in this town; his customer flow shows this true. Cesar and his little shop is a town icon here in Ukiah. Did I mention how fun Cesar is... BRING YOUR FAMILY!!! Gr8 barber!

  I found out about this guy a while ago because I ran into a City of Ukiah worker on a Friday who had a super clean high fade. I had to stop and ask the City of Ukiah worker where he got his fade at and he said Cesar's Barber Shop. I've gone to other places but Cesar's cuts are just at another level. I don't have to make any internet appointments. His shop also reminds me of Tom's Barber shop. Tom use to be my Barber before Cesar. I always appreciate a cut from Cesar. PLUS, HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME!

  New to the area but I came to this friendly good barber good conversation has been open for a long time in the same location I will be returning for another haircut soon thank you Cesar. I recommend him for your haircut needs five stars

  I live in Eureka and I travel to Ukiah for work for the past 13yrs and there is no Barber in Humboldt that comes close to Cesar or other places in Ukiah that I been too. He's funny friendly straight up guy and once he knows you he will joke around with you.
