I recently had a fantastic massage with Briana at her new location in Fort Bragg, and I can’t recommend her enough! Booking online was super easy, and I was able to secure an appointment within two days. The location is perfect and the office had the perfect vibe. This wasn’t my first massage with Briana (most certainly won’t be the last!), but it was my first at her new space, and she went above and beyond to make me comfortable. She remembered that I get cold easily, so she had the room perfectly warm with a heated bed, hot stones, and towels. Her attention to detail and clear expertise shone through, especially when she focused on my wrists, where I had some discomfort. I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again soon!

Where shall I begin? The loving, peaceful nature of Ms. Briana and the cute welcome note with my name on it at the door? Her inviting, clean and serene space? What about how every minute of my treatment was better than the next?! There was a heated table, a warmed eye mask placed gently on my eyes, gentle and secure tucks into the blanket after different parts were worked on. When she was done with a foot she put a wet warm towel on it to keep it warm and I died and went to Heaven! To finish, warm stones and a scalp massage levitated me off the table and I floated out of there after a big, loving hug good-bye. 10/10 recommend. Her prices are more than fair and the experience is phenomenal. Thank you so much, Bri! And congratulations! 🎉

Briana’s unique skillset has been instrumental in helping me with my issues. I’m not interested in “Feel-Good Spa” massage. I’ve had problems with tight muscles and muscle knots , and shoulder and lower back pain for years. These have limited my activity level and my ability to be as active as I want, when I want. I’ve tried many massage therapists over the years and a variety of different techniques, each resulting in only limited success. I’ve also tried physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments which have been helpful but have not entirely solve my problems. Then I met Briana and began working with her. The technique she uses is called “Trigger Point”. She finds muscle knots and tight spots: some of which I knew I had, and others that I didn’t know I had! As she identifies these and works on them, it becomes clear that they’ve been a major source of my problems, probably THE major source. Her technique includes finding the problem areas and then working on them from a variety of angles and with a variety of pressures, time durations, and proximities to the worst spots. She can get some trouble spots to let go pretty quickly, others take more time. Hers is by far the most effective technique anyone has applied to help me with my particular set of problems. We’re not done yet. We still have a ways to go. My problems have been there for years and won’t be solved overnight. But I’m feeling major improvement, so much better than before! I’ll update this review again when we’re done, or when we can transition from problem solving mode to more of a maintenance mode if that’s needed.
